   Dealt with Lloyd for five years without issues. He was great, always accurate with cost and time and importantly, maintained a high quality. Unfortunately we had a series of jobs with him in 2024 which he used subcontractors for (as Lloyd had a surgery) and they were not up to scratch. It ended up with late and inconsistent delivery, as well as $5k of remediation work I had to pay for. I ultimately felt sorry for Lloyd through all this as it was the subcontractors issue and they were nowhere to be seen. For anyone reading this, go with Lloyd but on the condition that it’s him doing the work, otherwise go elsewhere.
