   I connected with Juergen organically during a really tough time in my life dealing with separation and starting a business at the same time.    I seeked Juergen’s help with a list of challenges I've been facing, that I thought I could fix on my own for years but kept coming back to the same patterns. When making the decision to actually move forward with this, I knew I wanted someone who's energy I felt I could truely trust and feel comfortable sharing with. Juergen is a very welcoming soul, he makes you feel comfortable opening up about personal challenges. After each session I felt lighter and lighter. Juergen has helped me identify the root causes of my challenges and provided exercises to address them and incorporate into my daily life, which has helped me so much!    I was looking for guidance for my relationship. I knew that I wanted someone with a spiritual approach and not the one -size-fits-all approach. The original intention was to do couple sessions but it ended up being sessions for me only. It turned out the Juergen was meant to be my mentor for the next stage of growths. We worked on a fortnightly basis with a couple of sessions. Each session revealed another layer about myself that I needed to see. We dived deep into my childhood and now I can see it for what it is. I feel so much lighter, I feel more free and I am able to give myself more love. Juergen has a very unique way of working with people and their soul needs. He is super professional yet you feel like he is a friend. He is authentic, kind and caring. I always felt safe and understood.    The best money I ever spent. I seeked Juergen's help after feeling extremely stuck in a hard place in my life. I worked with him over 7 or so sessions and each week we tapped into an area of my past or within me which built on from the last. Between every session Jeurgen gave me a task to complete specific to my journey (ie. being mindful of my feelings/emotions). This was exceptionally helpful as I was able to apply the skills he taught me in my life and return to him the following week. I truly am a better version of myself today. I am 26 years old and for the first time in my life I am now living rather than just existing. My childhood and family 'baggage' has been lifted and I will always be thankful for working with Juergen.
