If it is your first time looking into therapy, I would highly recommend Renee and Bayside Psychology. She made me feel comfortable in a situation which normally would be uncomfortable.
Renee is lovely and supportive. She has helped me through events in my life that were holding me back. She provided a safe and supportive environment where you can open up without feeling judged.
