   my box arrived fast in the Philippines. No damage at all and they had great customer service in answering my queries.They gave timely updates. I sent my box from Nelson around July 11 and it arrived in September 24. I was expecting it to arrive next month based on ETA for some parts in the Philippines but it arrived earlier than expected by LCSN Experess movers

   ETA not even close to the timeframe. It was delayed by more than a month. A lot of items I’d say was stolen. Some items I sent through wasn’t inside the box but instead it was swapped out to different items. When it arrived to the delivery address it says “sealed” but not the way how we packed and sealed it. I tried to inquire this with them but they won’t be able to solve as different logistics company is handling in the Philippines not Tranfex.

   Very poor service! Very long Shipping. If you want to send items that you want to go straight to the bin when reach Philippines then use transfex. ETA keeps on moving to later dates. They are confident to tell customers that shipment will arrive Manila within 2 months frame but its already 4-6months, from pick up to current ETA, 3 of my boxes still hasn't arrive. Anna the agent from Tres Marias is so confident in telling me that my boxes will arrive in June as I am coming home in July. It never happened. Now their saying that Eta is moved to Aug plus 2 months to deliver to your house. Some of the items in that shippment are now expired. They give nothing but stress! I reach Philippines and will be back in NZ, they are still not certain of the actual arrival of the shipment.
