No communication, no compassion for when your child is sick or going through something they still expect you to turn up. Try talking to the coaches there and you don’t receive any communication and the parents get told off a lot of the time. Last thing you want after a long day at work. Don’t recommend this place. Definitely put my daughter off doing cheer. She felt ignored a lot of the time and didn’t enjoy going after all the things we went through here. Honest opinion they don’t have enough staff, too chaotic and they need more help, feels like the coaches there are always tired and have too much on their plate.
