   I recently took my car in for a service here, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Upon arriving, I wasn’t even greeted by one of the older staff members. Instead, he just asked what I wanted, took my keys without discussing the service details, and left me wondering what they’d actually be doing to my car. I assumed the service would take at least a day, so I went home, paying for an Uber, only to get a call an hour later saying my car was ready. Had I known it’d be that quick, I would’ve waited in the lobby and saved myself the extra cost. When I went back to pick up my car, I asked if I could pay half now and the rest on Wednesday, or if I could pay the full amount on Wednesday when I picked up the car. They declined and told me it was full payment upfront. It would’ve been helpful if they’d explained their payment policy beforehand—I wouldn’t have been caught off guard. Overall, the service was quick, but clearer communication and a more welcoming approach would make a big difference.

   Kudos to the team at Alisha’s for going above and beyond what was required to ensure the car was road worthy. During the service, the team inspected and found out that the car had some damage on the left side which impacted the overall safe operations of the vehicle itself thus notified me as soon as possible for it to be rectified. Great work!

   Great place and friendly people. I'm willing to give 10 stars to this place. I have approached so many mechanics to get the work done for my Nissan Tiida to get my wof done and I'm happy to say that these people gave the best and cheapest price in town. Really recommend this place to everyone. They are not after making money by ripping us off. 100% recommended! Affordable and friendly place. Will surely get back to you guys in future. Good luck!
