   I was lucky enough that a friend recommended that I go speak to Scott at East Tamaki Automotive about my VW. This was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made. My car had the radiator replaced and a service at very reasonable cost. It turned out that this was one of the best things Ive ever done because Scott and his team are great, honest, genuine, people and with Scotts "no stress" attitude its all a rare find these days. I recommend that anybody, especially the ones whom have had bad experiences with mechanics, "go speak to Scott!" 100% very happy with the job done it was the easiest, most stress free, experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop. Kindness still lives at East Tamaki Automotive. True story!

   As classic car owners , we were referred to Scott to do some work on our car pre Xmas. We knew that it was a long shot but the professionalism he showed and amazing service was second to none. Scott and team went over and above our expectations and allowed us to use our car over Xmas. Highly recommend and will be definately using there services again in the future. Once again we are grateful to Scott and team at East Tamaki Automotive.

   Fantastic service. Our Toyota Prius was making really weird noises and my daughter wasn't able to drive it home safely to Whangaparaoa from work. Reviews for Scott's amazing service led me to East Tamaki Automotives and I was not disappointed. He was happy for me to have the car towed to him at a moments notice at the busiest time of year. He communicated well with me and ran diagnostics and checked everything admitting to me it was a bit of an unusual one. At 5pm he said he would chat to a Fri working at Toyota. By midday the next day the problem had been fixed and we were ready to take the car home. The price was reasonable, service fabulous. Highly recommended!

   I've been taking my Land Cruiser and Aqua to ET AUTO for WOF and service for three years now. Scott and his team are great at what they do. Last year, they did a big service on our Land Cruiser. After that, we drove it around the South Island for two weeks, and it had no problems at all. Very reliable! Today, they serviced our Aqua, and it now drives much better. It's very smooth and easy to drive. Their pricing has always been fair and transparent, with no surprises. I was really happy to see they've moved to a bigger and brighter workshop this year. They truly deserve the upgrade. If you are looking for a good and honest team to look after your car, I highly recommend Scott and ET AUTO.    Visited ET Auto last week and it wont be my last visit! Had big repairs done to my car at a reasonable cost. Quality service, awesome staff and just an all round good experience. I have no complaints. I loved the layout of their invoice too — everything was clearly itemized, including labour which to me showed transparency. Thanks guys!

   These guys have been servicing my car for the last 6/7 years and I’ve never had a problem. They’re trustworthy and always accommodating when booking my car in no matter how short of notice given.    I have currently visited East Tamaki Automotive on two occasions: once for intermittent ignition/electrical issues with my vehicle and once more for a tyre puncture. In both cases I received very quick service (1 day turn around time) and was able to have my vehicle looked at on very short notice (1-2 days prior). This may have been due to the nature of my particular problems, but was greatly appreciated nonetheless. Generally, the work I have had done was also performed at a reasonable price. Scott comes across as polite, honest, experienced and has a willingness to educate the customer on their problem and clearly explain the work they have done and why. Additionally, he is willing to provide parts to customers if they wish to perform repairs themselves to save on labour costs.
