    Was with SBA for a number of years but had to leave when new owners came in (happened twice in a period of less than 12 months!). Didnt file returns, filed late returns, filed wrong returns, exposes private details of clients to other clients. Made such a big mess of my accounts (and other people who I had recommended to use SBA), eventually we all had to pay big penalties to IRD and all our accounts were placed under audits. When I tried to leave SBA all my account and data via XERO was held ransom and would not be released until fees were paid and this was coming from the main director/CEO Craig. Would not recommend SBA to anyone ever!
