   This isn't our first time dealing with Linda. If that isn't an indication of the service and care she provides, I don't know what is. Linda has been amazing! Our purchase was very unique and one we so badly wanted to secure, even if it meant putting up our first home to be able to secure our current property. Linda worked her magic and made sure that we didn't have to do that. We are now the owners of two properties and it's all thanks to Linda and her team. Going into the property investment sector was scary but thanks to Linda, she guided us through the whole way and always made sure we understood the process. Linda and her team took great care of us and as we begin to build our property portfolio, we will continue to go through Linda. Highly recommend! She secured a better rate with another bank and consolidated our debt.    Linda helped my partner & I purchase our first home. Being so young we had no idea what we were doing at all, but thankfully we had Linda to help us every step of the way. She is patient, trustworthy, knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience under her belt. This is very obvious when she explains the process as it doesn’t seem so confusing coming from her. She was very accommodating to our lifestyle having a 7 month old & late working hours, she would always make time after hours to meet with us virtually, even with our son causing chaos in the background. Linda is located in Auckland & we are in Wellington. This was never a concern for us because she would be in contact with us nearly every single during this process, making sure we were okay. Linda is very attentive she gets things sorted super quick, which is what you need. She has great relationships with lenders and is well respected. I 10000% recommend Linda from Loan Market.    Linda has stuck with us through 3 long years of waiting for title on our property. She has seen us through multiple renegotiations of our lending, and has always kept us well informed and assured that we would get the best deal possible. Doing this without her would have been impossible, as there have been so many changes to lending rules, test rates etc. Linda and her team made it not only possible, but pretty close to stress free.
