   Staff too busy taking to each other while customers are allowed to wander. I had to go to the counter to interrupt their social time after waiting for a while to seek assistance with getting some shoes sizes. Pricing of items is reasonable therefore giving 3 stars otherwise they would have got only 1 star from me

   In looking for a solid 5 minutes, no customer service not even a “hello”. Two girls behind the counter on their phones. Classic. Also no music playing so no vibe at all.

   bought a pair of vans in october last year, when i got round to wearing the shoes, opened box and saw the shoes had already been really worn. soles were dirty, pebbles stuck under the shoe, sides were already dirty, the logo at the back of shoe had already been scratched. by the time i saw it was already too late to return. probably worn by one of those people who buy shoes for one party and then return afterwards. isn't this a scam? paid full price for a new pair a shoes that turned out to be so worn. and idek who wore it before me. i can't even bring myself to wear the shoes. been leaving it sitting in the closet. was a very unhappy purchase and was very disappointed. i wouldn't trust the people at the shop with what they bring out from the back anymore. better check next time so i dont leave it sitting until its too late.
