   Shout out to Adam, Brent, Luke, and Louis - the Brilliant team at Pakuranga Automotive. This team has been servicing my cars for ten years PLUS! Nothing is a problem, they will resolve any mechanical issue(s) you may have. These guys are very knowledgeable on all makes of cars regardless of year, including classics. I can't recommend them enough, and I am incredibly grateful for the service I have received over the years.

   Took my car here as I suspected I needed a new u joint (very obvious squeaky noise when moving). Was told they were going to have a look at it and inform me what the issue was. Had very poor communication from them throughout the 3 days they held my car. At the end of the 3 days, I was told that there was nothing wrong with it and they didn’t notice a squeaky noise so they only lubricated the u-joint. The noise was obviously still there as I left the shop. Was very frustrated as it took them 3 days to apparently have a look at the car to only tell me there was nothing wrong with it. I couldn’t get it fixed before the weekend (as it was Friday) so was forced to use the car with the squeaking for a few days. The noise got worse and a heavy vibration started so I took it into a different mechanic the following week. I was told not only did the u joint need replacing but I’d need a new drive shaft as it showed obvious damage from driving on a worn out u joint. Overall, Pakuranga Automotive showed very good customer service in-store however, were obviously either too lazy or too under skilled to fix my car.

   I was left utterly disappointed when trying to get a quote and book my car for repairs. I followed up multiple times by way of visit, but continued to not receive what was promised. As much as I would like to use them, if they can't be bothered giving me a quote and a booking, what is a customer to do?

   During a regular service the guys noticed that our brakes were worn out and needed to be replaced. On both appointments they did an amazing job, for a great price and called to check in/keep us updated. We can definitely recommend them. Making the appointments was also super easy even on short notice.
