   These guys must be selling cheap chinese crap and slapping there logo on it. Bought a bunch of silicone vacuum hose and its absolute rubbish. Almost rips and turns white when it gets the slightest amount of stretch on it. Bought a silicone radiator hose set for mps, fitment is absolutely ridiculous almost impossible to even fit the hoses onto any of the water necks had to spray a bunch lube and force it on and even then it wont fit all the way. The routing for the lower radiator hose isnt even correct either the hose literally sits hard up on the serpentine belt smh. Do you guys even test your own products before selling?? Wont be buying any more nzkw branded stuff

   Some of the Best service I've ever had with any company! I got in touch with Mike and asked a few questions about a very difficult to find Part For a very uncommon car here in Australia (cl1 euro r bucket seat mount) He got back to me within minutes, Answered all of my Questions And was able to sort me out with the needed parts And had them shipped from NZ to AUS In three days! Absolute legends

   Absolutely terrible company, bought a part for a customers car, they told me they sent the wrong item and it would need returning when it arrives. Item got returned and they refuse to refund me the £200 postage as they ‘don’t refund postage’ even though they sent me the wrong item. They also said they paid the customs charges for it and now I have customs trying to get another £175 from me and nzkw won’t answer emails. Avoid at all costs im out heavily out of pocket and have no item.

   Advertised a product but only sent half of what was advertised. What good is half a product to me? After contacting them i was informed they would do nothing about it, they will not honor their advertisements. As they did not provide what was advertised this is false advertising. Would only recommend if you are willing to go through small claims court to get your items.

   Have had zero troubles buying from Jason and the team! Every item I needed was either stocked or ordered urgently with very little down time which helped me finish off a 2 year build. So far I have had no fittings or hose failures and will be happily buying more from them!
