   my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had at your store when attempting to return a bathroom product. The staff member handling my request displayed an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude, which I find completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, the behavior I encountered fell far below the standards of good customer service and has left me with a very negative impression of your business.

   I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Plumbing World Manukau. I recently purchased a shower unit costing around $300. Unfortunately, it was not the right fit for my shower setup. We did not install or use the product – our plumber simply opened the box to check the fitting and returned it immediately after confirming it was not suitable. When I returned to the store to request a refund, the staff rudely refused, claiming it had been “used.” This is completely untrue, as the item was never installed or damaged. It was repacked exactly as we received it. Their behavior was not only unhelpful but also felt discriminatory and dismissive, as if my concerns were not taken seriously due to my background. Being treated this way over a legitimate return was beyond frustrating and feels like a complete waste of $300. I expected better from a company like Plumbing World, especially in terms of honesty, customer service, and basic respect. I hope the head office takes note of how the Manukau branch treats customers, especially when we follow the proper process. I will not be recommending this branch to anyone, and I sincerely hope no one else has to go through what I did.

   I have a towel rail that the knob at the end has fallen off on (so children can poke their fingers in). I rang Plumbing World Manukau about this and was amazed by the customer service of Carolyn Bennett. She was simply outstanding. She helped me out and got a solution for my problem.    I must share my experience because one guy who is working in plumbing world and his name is Mr David. Today may 3rd time visit to the place and every time I preferred this guy because he just know what a customer need even I watch him to help other customer always a huge smile and even he know more then customers need and always suggest the best option in my case even as a non professional person he disagree with my choice and give me the best and economical solution which is in my opinion high class customer service so I must say first I think he is the manager of the branch because how he handle every customer it not a job of a salea man but as a employee I think plumbing world should be proud to have him with them best wishes to him and great job again
