   Response to the owner's reply is here: Thank you for your response. However, my feedback has nothing to do with whether the items were delivered inside or not. I fully understand the scope of services provided by a freight company and was not expecting any premium or additional service beyond what was agreed upon. Nobody went extra mile to help us. They just left all the equipment outside the door. We got few of our friends to help us get the equipment inside. We asked help to lift couple of very heavy equipment from one of your staff and yes he helped for those. Once we got everything inside your driver came and took a photo. My concern lies entirely with the attitude and conduct of the delivery team. They were extremely uncooperative, unapproachable, and seemed completely disconnected — both in communication and professionalism. This lack of basic courtesy and customer service made the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating and stressful. This feedback is not about logistics or delivery policies, but about how the service was delivered — which, unfortunately, fell well below reasonable expectations. Original review as follows : I had the worst delivery experience. The entire process was extremely disorientating, leaving me confused and frustrated. The staff were unprofessional, showing little regard for basic customer service standards. On top of that, they were completely uncooperative, making an already stressful situation even worse. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience that I would not want to go through again.
