   Let me start, this is the biggest scam apartment in New Zealand. this happened to quite a few of my friends and now going to get a legal action agains this 3rd class apartment. They have cut your all bond for nothing. This place cheap, let me tell you my friend in the last day you will cost your hardworking 1500-2000$. no matter how good you maintain the apartment. not recommended this place. hopefully shut down soon.

   We are first-time home buyers. We had no idea about every step of the process whatsoever. Thanks to Du Val especially our Property Advisor Dennis Pesamino. He has been integral, transparent, honest, and kind throughout the process, and we really appreciate it! His expertise and understanding have made this a smooth transaction, even in the face of difficulties. We couldn't be happier with our new home, and we thank you for making it possible. The amount of effort and time he put into walking us through the process is incredible. From the first day of walking us through the “big picture.” From there on out, Dennis was always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, we didn’t know all of the questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and he would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. Dennis went above and beyond (as I’m positive they do with all of their clients) and truly made us feel like we had a confidant/partner throughout. Overall, we would strongly recommend Du Val & Property Advisor Dennis to anyone looking to buy, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. We trust him and his attention to detail and level of time/dedication to clients is outstanding.—from lending to sourcing reputable inspection companies to closing (Quickly!). We cannot say enough about our experience with Dennis. They set the highest standards, and truly practice “service above self.” God bless.

   Studio is comfortable and convenient. It fulfills my requirements. Management is keep the apartments tidy. The lady comes to clean the kitchen and the corridors is superb. She does a good job. The Manager of my Unit is very friendly and supportive.

   It's A Home Away from Home. Very nice and cozy. Spacy room with amenities. Exclusive mordern designed self contained studio. Quiet and comfortable home to sleep and work. Absolutely no disturbance here. Its peaceful and warm. I Love It. Home Sweet Home. Walking distance to Shops/ town. Safe environment. It comes with bills and wifi so just have to pay rent. Friendly and responsive customer service. Thank you.⚘️☺️

   We had such a wonderful experience renting a townhouse on Parson Lane in Papatoetoe! The 2 bed, 1 bath, 2-story townhouse was perfect for our needs, and we were thrilled to find that it came fully furnished with high-quality appliances. We loved it so much that we ended up buying the same appliances when we moved into our new home. Thanks to our property manager for providing such a great rental experience! I highly recommend my property manager, Joe Angus for his outstanding service and exceptional professionalism. From the moment I signed the lease, he have been responsive, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring that my tenancy is comfortable and hassle-free. He always respond promptly to my inquiries, whether by phone, email, or in person. He are also proactive in addressing any issues that arise, and he work tirelessly to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.

   Thoroughly enjoyed almost 2 years living in the Lakewood Court building. Great property management and health facility staff, making it a positive and healthy lifestyle opportunity. The views and sunsets to the west are amazing and the history of Manukau Tamaki Makaurau provide moments only experienced from the balconies of the structure itself.

   Have enjoyed everything about our apartment. Our property manager Harriet is awesome. Kept us up to date with all that we needed to know. The staff are friendly and the gym is amazing. Highly recommended. The only downfall is parking but can't moan cause the rent was cheap anyways.
