   Early this month of August, me and my husband had viewed one property which we are moving in soon. While on our way in the property I saw this lady standing on the entrance wearing a big smile ☺️on us. Happy to met that lady name Agnes (property manager). Agnes is indeed a very entertaining manager. Very pleasant to deal with her during the process of our tenancy.

   My parents trusted The Rent Shop to manage two of our properties. One of the properties is in horrible horrible condition. I can’t believe how disgusting the house is. Shaadhi was originally in charge of this property (she was amazing) but for the last three to four years the manager has been someone else and the state we have received it back is absolutely revolting. The carpet through out the entire house is ruined, window sills damaged, fly poo and stains all over the walls, new curtains ruined by mould, the house reeks etc. I have photos of how we have received the house to compare them to how we gave the house to the tenants. I’m very disappointed with the property manager, I won’t name him. I recommend doing your own property checks quarterly, if you can, to ensure it is being managed properly. We will be reviewing the state of our second property in the area.
