   I went to the arcade today and loaded $50 onto a card, only to be kicked out by an unprofessional staff member who falsely accused us of damaging a machine just because the money didn't go through the first time. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I've been a regular customer and have never been treated like this. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately, or I’ll be considering further action.

   Drove all the way from Hamilton to go there with my boyfriend and then when we got there at 6:47, they started closing and 6:56. Even though the closing time is 8pm on Tuesday. They kicked us out. We only got to play one game. I felt like I was getting homophobic vibe from the staff. I now have $100 on a card for an arcade that I never want to go to again.

   Very nice Play arcade, although still having troubles with the cranes. However, I don't have much trouble with the usual redemption and other games. Just one thing I would like to request about the claw machines in all Play (and Game On) arcades, most of them have a setting, which is called "air grab." While the claw drops, you can press the button again, and it will close early. It's a setting that can definitely help people win better and have more fun on the cranes. Do please install it on your cranes, and the experience will have a better impact on not only me but everyone else.

   Got VIP card, machines pick up toys then just drop them. Rubbish to win things but kids will kind of enjoy.

   Variety is really poor and you have to pay coins for playing. Out-dated. I'm not professional to operate the business but I understand there is a difference between us. However, as my sight I don't wanna make a coin due to play game It is pretty mind to make a change whenever I go to play games. Please consider to sell a card or 1 hr tickets for games. And I hope to play Pump it up and New version of DDR or other dance games and Mario carts, Air shooter games in 4 minutes away by a car from my home not Botany.
