   If this is for your actual home, honestly just buy from Temu - you’ll get the same quality and the same level of aftercare. We went to Tile Deals four separate times to make sure we chose the right tiles. We discussed our bathroom plans with multiple sales consultants and were repeatedly guided on colour and appearance. At no point did anyone mention sealing or maintenance issues with their Chinese made tiles (they are from a Chinese company called NinetyPlus). Within two weeks of moving into our brand-new home, the tiles seemed to be trapping dirt and couldn’t be cleaned with normal products. When we contacted the store for guidance, the manager Ahmed said we hadn’t done our “due diligence” and should have known these tiles would behave like this — despite relying on their advice the entire time. Ahmed was rude, dismissive, and aggressive. He talked over us, blamed us entirely, and shut the conversation down by saying he had to get off the phone and didn’t have time to deal with it. His reaction felt rehearsed — like this definitely wasn’t the first complaint he had bulldozed rather than addressed. He also tried to claim there are different types of matte finish and these tiles were a “soft matte” finish and that's why they trap dirt. It felt like an excuse made up on the spot to avoid responsibility. We have similar matte tiles from Tile Warehouse in our other bathroom and they’re holding up far better, so yes — we now question the quality of these tiles. We really wish we’d read the other one-star reviews instead of listening to a friend who used these tiles in a rental property. Tile Deals shows no concern for aftercare, warranties, product quality, the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, or basic respect for customers. Do yourself a favour and go to a reputable NZ tile store instead.

   So annoying to buy from them. The first day, they said they have all in the stock. when they delivered the products, they missing something. I had to buy from another shop some taps. after installation we have found out the nickle brush of the products they sent all different colours. so bad customer service. don't waste your time and money to buy from them.

   Just went to Tile Deals yesterday, and was amazed with the variety of tiles and bathroom and kitchen fittings. I just went for tiles and came home not only with tiles, but a shower glass, tap ware, and other bathroom accessories. The staff, JD and Shahid, were very obliging and pleasant to deal with. I definitely vouch for them and I must say I got a great deal. Thanks Tine Deals. I will add photos once the bathroom is completed.
