Appauling service. Ordered 1 hoody on 9th of August and it is now the 4th September and have only just received an email saying it has been dispatched. I first emailed to ensure I would receive this package by the 27th otherwise I would have to change the delivery address. I was reassured it would be delivered by then. But it wasn't. I emailed again and I got no response. I then messaged on Facebook messenger and I did get quite a fast response. I was apologised to for the delay and told that it would be sent on an overnight delivery and asked if I wanted a complimentary hat which I said okay. It wasn't delivered I had allowed for a few days before messaging again. I was then told that the reason for this new delay is because they were waiting for the hat to be ready for dispatch! I would not have agreed to it in the first place if I knew it would have created a delay! I was then reassured via messenger that the delivery would be dispatched 4th September. I have finally received the email saying it is in transit with courier service but it is the standard service not overnight delivery so I am very disappointed as tomorrow was the absolute last day as I needed this gift for fathers day on Sunday. I am hoping by some miracle it is delivered overnight anyway. Absolutely terrible. I paid $109 + shipping for this. It is just not okay. I am going to request a refund or something. *Edit/Update The package did not arrive overnight and therefore had not arrived in time for fathers day. I moved from NZ to Australia 3 days before fathers day so I wanted this package so that I could leave it with my mum who could gift this to my dad for me on fathers day as a suprise. We are really close and this would have meant the world to him, and for me to be able to do that. I am still upset about this. The package finally arrived on the 9th of September. I had ordered this on the 9th of August. It actually took a whole month. Which is definitely not what is expressed by the seller. The product itself is great quality and my dad loved the hoody and the little bits and pieces. My mum says she thinks it is a good price for the product you receive but not what the sellers deserve for the appauling customer service and the wait time. If they just express or advertise a months wait then yes it may have been worth it. I believe they had forgotten about my order, lost it, or that they weren't going to do my order at all until I had messaged on messenger because I could not reach them via email. So my advice is to; order at your own risk, order a month+ in advance Keep track of your order Message on messenger if it does not arrive on time. If you are needing it for a special occasion then I suggest obviously order way in advance but messaging them on Friday the week before they have said your order will be ready and ask if it is going to be dispatched that next week. Hopefully that will help in getting your order sent to you on time.

I looked at other custom t-shirt places but Custom's was the best online designer that gave me more options of where on the t-shirt I could have images etc. Production took exactly how long they said it would and then it was delivered the next day. Awesome quality print also! Thank you very much - would definitely recommend.
Good service, had 10 shirts for printing, and they did an error on one of the shirts but replaced it with another. They have a variety of good quality hats, basketball singlets, shirts, shorts and teez . Good urban streetwear
