   My experience interacting with Associate Stephen has raised several red flags that I believe are important for others to be aware of, particularly in professional or business settings. Over time, I observed a pattern of behavior marked by a lack of accountability, emotional immaturity, and a tendency to deflect responsibility onto others. This was especially evident in how he handled serious situations involving people close to him, where empathy and support were notably absent. Rather than showing compassion, his focus seemed to remain on personal grievances and self-interest. Professionally, I found some of his comments concerning — especially regarding financial motivations and the way he spoke about leveraging others' income or assets for personal gain. He also spoke candidly about high-stakes gambling and a self-proclaimed "system" that he believes works, despite offering no transparency or evidence when questioned. While everyone is entitled to make their own life choices, I believe these patterns suggest a concerning approach to both relationships and financial matters. In my view, they reflect a mindset more focused on personal advantage than on integrity or collaboration. I would encourage anyone considering working with or relying on Stephen in any capacity to proceed thoughtfully and observe whether his actions match his words over time. Professionalism, empathy, and ethical behavior matter — and unfortunately, I found these to be lacking.

   I had a highly disappointing experience with Barber and Associates, particularly with one of their associates. This individual took my reciprocating saw without my consent and left it outside for two days and nights in pouring rain, damaging both the tool and the battery. Despite his assurance that he would replace the chain lock he broke, he never followed through, instead suggesting he'd buy a cheaper one because the exact replacement wasn't available. This lack of responsibility extended beyond just my tools. He used my saw to cut ponga logs for his personal use, despite me specifically buying specialized scissors for cutting metal wire. He repeatedly took and damaged several of my belongings, including a $7K fridge, which I had explicitly told him not to use. This associate seems to have no understanding of the word "no" and believes he has the right to take ownership of others' belongings, damaging or destroying them without any consequences. Even more concerning, some of my expensive belongings and gifts have mysteriously disappeared. Only this particular associate and I had access to the premises during the time these items went missing, and it took him two months to respond to my messages and emails. Interestingly, this associate "found" an expensive item that later turned out to belong to someone else, who had posted online about losing it. I have since contacted the rightful owner with the details. Moreover, this associate did not fulfill the obligations outlined in the contract he signed with me. He failed to meet several key clauses and did not deliver on what was promised. Overall, I cannot recommend Barber and Associates due to the unprofessional behavior and lack of accountability demonstrated by their staff. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar experience.
