    My LDV D90 SUV has broken down, and despite the vehicle still being under warranty, none of the LDV service centres have taken responsibility. I have repeatedly attempted to book a repair. The Takanini service centre has told me multiple times that they would β€œcall me back,” but no follow-up has ever occurred. As a result, my vehicle has now been sitting at the tow company’s car park for over 10 days without any progress or assistance. This lack of communication and support for a vehicle under warranty is extremely disappointing, and I am requesting urgent action to resolve this matter.

    Please Never Ever Purchase KGM Torres, it’s been a joke. Communication is shocking – you call, they don’t know anything. Every single part has to come from South Korea, no ETA, nothing. My car’s still sitting in KGM from Feb to till Now over a year later still no ETA when they received parts and done with repair! Seriously, don’t waste $50k. Even if you spend $4k on a Tida, at least you get parts and someone who actually talks to you. KGM? Forget it. Absolute shambles.

    Left disappointed - after purchasing a 2021 Ssangyong I wanted to get a full service carried out by the manufacturer. I inputted my mileage online during booking (111000) however a standard service (less mileage) for a 3-4 year old vehicle was carried out at $850 and told upon collection that the wrong service was carried out. I was told if I wanted another service for the correct mileage it would be another $1100. A diagnostics check was carried out with no issues to address during the first check (? Parking sensor light on at this time but thought the service would pick it up so didn’t mention it). After driving the vehicle home I noticed the steering wheel alignment was slightly out so I called to raise the issue and a new booking was made for Monday morning. After dropping the vehicle off to have the alignment put right I mentioned there was a ? Light for a parking sensor which I mentioned to the lady who books the service, she confirmed they would run another diagnostics check. 5 1/2 hours later I was told the parking sensors need to be changed (knowing some of them actually work) and there is nothing they would have done during the service that would have impacted the steering. After wanting a full thorough check carried out on a vehicle and to leave confident everything had been addressed I am left wondering what it is exactly that has been fully serviced/checked.

    Appalling service, spent $60'000 on a new van, took them over a week to get plates for it. Money has been in their account for over 10 days now, van still not transported as promised. Will edit this review once van is received if they make it up to us somehow.

    Treated like a King from the time the car got there until it left. No one can fault the service or customer service of this place. Very very happy with this service center.

    Called to inform vehicle was playing up (almost broke down) and got told I have to book it in for repairs which take time when it should have been looked at straight away as its only 4 months old and has warranty. Managed to get it in same day and now it's almost 2 weeks and still not fixed. Service reception staff have no idea what's wrong and how long it will take. Overall pathetic service. Losing out money each day the vehicle is parked.

    Took the vehicle for warranty 15k service. The lady we dealt with explained the procedure and how long it would take, she was courteous and new what she was talking about. We waited in customer room had a coffee watched some tv and service was completed well within stated time. My husband says he will definitely return there next time it requires work
