   After wasting time and money at other local mechanics who charged us for diagnostics but didn’t actually fix the problem, Grove Road Mechanics in Papakura were a breath of fresh air. They got straight to the issue and sorted it properly — no hassle, no excuses. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they treated even the smallest concerns with care and professionalism. Reliable, honest, and genuinely helpful. Couldn’t recommend them more highly — we’ll definitely be coming back!

   I went here with nothing but a swift and a dream, a dream to get a wof. unfortunately my car failed its wof bc of something very expensive was broken. i was quoted a lot of schmeckels. i don’t have a lot of schmeckles. so i got my lovely partner to look and see what’s wrong with this said broken part, and he’s sees nothing wrong. so i take my car to VTNZ and they pass its wof with flying colours. i understand its tough time rn…. but cmon. disappointed. sad. and out $60 WHOMP WHOMP

I know this place is popular with returning customers like myself, but if you want a job done right...Grove Road Auto clinic is the place to go.

   Pual Sutton he is a really Switch on Motor Vehicle M ehcanic but there are a lot of times when you book in for a WOF you can't get in as he fully booked for weeks in Advance that's why he is an Excellent Mechanic & that's why I have given GROVE ROAD AUTO CLINIC 5 ☆☆☆☆☆out 5 Stars

   I have always been well looked after by this business. First time I sought their help was when a mechanic workshop in Manurewa charged me $300 for a replacement hydraulic hose to pass a warrant, which - well - wasn't replaced or fitted correctly as the vehicle 10 minutes after leaving their workshop started leaking fluid. (there was no leak prior to visiting this workshop) So I took it up the road to Grove Rd Auto Clinic, and they inspected and discovered they had not done anything at all - except take my money. Upon receiving their written diagnosis - I took this back to the dodgy workshop and demanded they refunded me immediately. Of course they had no leg to stand on, and refunded my money. Thanks to Grove Rd Auto Clinic for their honest, straight up, no nonsense service which allowed me to get a refund but most importantly - allowed me to find the best Mechanic in South Auckland. Thanks Grove Road Auto Clinic - you rock!
