Lovely shopping experience. There was only 1 lady and there were many many customers but she handled it so well and gave me a very pleasant time shopping there. Of course love the bras and knickers here too :)
I recently visited Bras and Things Manukau with a friend, and I must say, our experience was absolutely outstanding! Absolutely lovely! Got a beautiful bodysuit here. The lady working today was absolutely amazing! She helped with my fitting, straps and was just so very nice and helpful. I highly suggest shopping here for cute lingerie for yourself or to spicy up your wardrobe!
awful customer service by the staff. I was trying to find something that I saw online, when I approached the sales staff (both sale staff was helping one customer) to find the item I was told that they do not have it on stock, didn't even bother looking in the system, I finally found it on the rack after looking through for more than 20mins. Seems like they couldn't be bothered with me and found the staff a bit racist too as the other customer they both were helping and being nice was a white female. Felt very awful. Will never go back to the store in Manukau mall
A really good and welcoming store . There is a lovely girl named Jaeda that works here on Sundays she is so friendly and approachable. Far better customer service , product and store layout than the Bendon store . Will certainly shop here again .
I absolutely do not recommend this store. Zero rate!! The store manager refused replacement the faulty, damaged brief because I did not have a receipt although I had a bank statement just after 3 days after the purchase date. I have not worn, just washed it in a washing bag and discovered faulty product. We had a conflict about return the faulty goods policy then she made me to wait for about 20 minutes standing at the counter. Shen I asked her name for escalating a formal complaint to the company, then she accused me for yelling and disturbing her customer service therefore, she called security guard although I did not yell at her nor disturbing her working. After I left the store, she chased me out of the store left a customer in the store,with no body back up for her in the business. She totally left the business unattended. She stopped me going home until the security guard arrived. What a humiliation and insulting. I was not shoplifter but was handed over to the security guard. Shocking was that she abused me verbally that she would tell everybody working in the shopping center will make me unwelcoming to the shops in the Westfield Manukau. I had to show the security guard a brief in the public place because he asked me to show. Most importantly, she misrepresented herself saying that she was not a store manager. In fact, she was a store manager. They never replace or refund the faulty products in Manukau store and treat you very very badly. Be careful. It happened on 8th Nov, until now, I am suffering from anxiety and sleep disturbance. I am so traumatized and that bad experience affect my life so badly.
