   Ace Building Wash have a sister company “Ace Valet” for car grooming. DO NOT use this company. They were 1 hour 15 minutes late to my appointment. I booked an interior clean of my vehicle and it was still dirty afterwards. The centre console was not cleaned properly and had juice and coffee mess left behind, the gear stick was scrubbed around the hard to reach areas. The seats weren’t cleaned properly and food was still left behind. Their attention to detail was poor. Their communication was very poor. When the groomer was late, I phoned and texted the company multiple times. No reply. When the groomer finally turned up, he didn’t apologise or acknowledge being late at all. As an apology, they offered to return to complete the interior clean and provide a free car wash. However they stopped communicating with me regarding setting a time and it never happened. Absolutely shocking customer service. DO NOT use this company.

   Absolutely stoked with the service and job done by SWAT. The quote was reasonable and my place now looks amazing. I had years of built up mould and it honestly looks amazing now. The team was fast and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't fault at all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a house wash. The guys sent me great photos of the job too!
