   I would say not recommended this shop because the kiwi boy when i ask properly with smile goodmorning how are you like that when i'm saying to him that im asking him if they have parts i needed. and he answer me feels like intimidating face/voice feeling owner of whole auckland he's not good also the shop whole staff. not recommended this store guys i swear you would be disappointed :((. and when he answered me that they have parts what im looking for and my answer " ahh okay cool can i have a look for that one pls" and the kiwi boy answer sorry We're not store to look up the items if you buy, you will buy. that's not good person and for customers as well. your customers how they can check the items if still good condition to ensured that item are they looking for it even expensive, plus GST and they don't installed the parts. very poor service/shop.

   I’m very disappointed with the refund process at Spartan 4 Toyota. The parts I ordered arrived quickly, but they didn’t fit my vehicle. When I contacted them to return the parts and request a refund, I was asked to provide photos as proof — which I did promptly. Since then, it has been a frustrating experience. I was told the refund would be handled by their accountant, who is apparently never in the office. Each time I followed up, the staff either said they didn’t know because the accountant looks after refunds, or that the refund was already “loaded and prepared” — but nothing ever happened. It’s now been three weeks since they said it would be processed, and I still haven’t received my refund or a call back from the accountant. Very poor communication and customer service. I would not recommend Spartan 4 Toyota based on this experience.

   If you want to waste your time with this place a person called Dillon who is sick of life will be available to make your life unpleasant. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. One star is too much!

   Without a doubt Spartan Toyota is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I received an invoice and paid it. Part never arrived, after I made contact they advise me it was too cheap and want double the price! I asked for a credit, long story short, I made many followup phone calls to them and after several weeks I finally received the credit. During my calls the ‘manager’ was unprofessional and very strange, asking me what I do for a job and even suggested I was unemployed? He even said he would intentionally delay my credit because I he didnt like my attitude. He says his ‘Mrs’ is the accountant… Got passed around three other staff members, all unhelpful. Unfortunately I didnt see their ‘two star’ rating before engaging with them. Reading the reviews it seems Spartan Toyota needs to do themselves a favour and shut their doors.

   I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Spartan Toyota, and I can confidently say that they are the worst company I have ever encountered. From their abysmal customer service to their questionable business practices, Spartan Toyota does not deserve to be in business. In fact, I sincerely hope they go bankrupt so that others won't have to endure the same dreadful experience I had. Let's start with their customer service representative, Emily. Without a doubt, she is the epitome of rudeness. When I called their helpline seeking assistance, her attitude was appalling. She displayed zero professionalism and treated me with utter disrespect. It was as if she took pleasure in belittling customers. Dealing with her was a nightmare, to say the least. But it doesn't end there. Spartan Toyota's pricing is completely unjustifiable. Not only did they overcharge me, but they also delivered faulty parts. It's absolutely unacceptable for a company to take advantage of its customers in such a manner. They clearly have no regard for quality or customer satisfaction. My advice to anyone in need of Toyota parts is to steer clear of Spartan Toyota. Save yourself the headache, frustration, and wasted money. There are plenty of other reliable sources to purchase parts from, and I strongly recommend exploring those alternatives instead. In conclusion, my experience with Spartan Toyota was nothing short of a disaster. From their rude representative, Emily, to their overcharging and delivery of faulty parts, this company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Spare yourself the trouble and avoid Spartan Toyota at all costs.

   Terrible service no parts knowlege what so ever send wrong parts even when sent correct photos and model codes and chassi codes like dealing with school children dont waste your time and money go elsewhere guys or you will regret it
