Amazing job done by the team! 11/10 for service. Problems resolved promptly. Very economically priced. Superstoked to be back on the road swiftly. Love the one stop shop service for everything needed on motorhome. Easy to find off the motorway. Totally recommend.
Do not take your RV or caravan or anything to this place. They are very expensive and they lie. I took my old bus to them. They were supposed to clean the Truma water heater and get it working amongst other things. They did not clean it and it does not work properly. They were also supposed to find leaks.They used a water monitor, or they said they did. They then told me the vents up near the roof that have been there since it was built were the wrong way around and water is getting in there. What a load of rubbish. Every other bus of the same model has the same vents and they don't leak. Idiots!!!! They charged me $70 just to have a look at it and tell me what needs doing. I took it to a mechanic yesterday and he looked at it to assess the issue for free.
RSE did an excellent job sleuthing why my wireless caravan cameras weren’t working. Due to incorrect installation of new batteries by Jayco some months earlier. Fantastic service, great team!

Used this buisness for some caravan repairs and was very happy with customer service and pricing. I return my buisness for the same job, get told a confirmation date they can repair the work. Today i get an abrupt email with no reason why saying they will not do the job, and have told me to go some where else. Have replied twice since asking what's going on. No response. Clearly a sunroof replacement job for $500 labour isn't of interest. Really sad to see such a good buisness loosing future work and referrals. Really frustrating when the 'experts' chose what jobs they want to do and not what the customer needs. Sad days guys, really thought you were on the mark with things
Electrical warrant and self containment certificate. Not happy. Cost $500 on top of certificates to replace parts they installed 3 years ago for S C cert as it was leaking. Obviously shoddy workmanship, surely the waste pipe and valve should last longer than 3 years. Won't be dealing with this outfit again. Also didn't contact me to get the go ahead to do the job, nothing said when I rang to ask if the job was complete.
Fantastic people to deal with, asked us all the right questions to set us up with exactly what we needed for our caravan. Faultless workmanship and top quality products. Can't say enough about the service thoroughly recommend RSE to anyone.
