Best mechanics experience ever since returning to NZ the team make Japanese customer service even seem a little bit second rate if that is possible. Threw my TEANA XE on the hoist for no charge some time ago now to diagnose ended up getting repaired at NISSAN in Newmarket as sourcing parts was a bit easier for them I was told. Fixed brake pads on our TITAN work trailer and got it all up to spec for WOF purposes. Thanks to nice lady in office also who fit me in before I had to rush to the next job so no waiting around at all. highly recommend Gary, Bruce at the team at JBM T Gowing
Do not use this company if you don't want to be ripped off. I took my car for a WOF and walked away with a $86 bill! The WOF itself cost $60 which is already alot more expensive than most in the area, but then they precede to charge $26 for a "Labour Fee" because they changed one of the tyres with the spare tyre, they had done this for me before for previous WOFs with no extra cost so i was shocked that they charged me this time considering they only had the car for 40mins. The time before this i went for a WOF and they told me i needed to replace my brakes so i did but once i took them off they were not at all failable and we went to complain and they admitted that they shouldn't have failed me on them, but i decided to give them another chance as they are handy to work. We had not had a problem in the past and used to take all our work vehicles there but we will no longer be using them as they have become very money hungry.
