    I love shopping at these stores but the service at the papakura store from the manager named Kathy was very unprofessional. She’s very grumpy and racist. The previous managers were very professional and nice to the customers. Hope the St John will look at it and educate their staffs properly especially their Managers. I will never go back and shop at this store again. Plse treat all the customers the same.

    The staff were lovely, and the place was very tidy. However, I noticed some pricing discrepancies, like poor-quality shoes priced at $20 and Kmart clothing marked higher than in Kmart itself. Despite this, I appreciate the overall atmosphere and huge effort of the volunteers to keep this place tidy.

    Appallingly rude! I came to donate many of my things and the lady just said "what is it?, we're not taking women's clothing!" No explanation and no thanks for anything donated. I wanted to donate to St. John but nasty people like this mean I won't be coming back!

    I love the shop. I have volunteered for 1 year. I love the interior setup of the shop. I really like visiting the shop. When i was volunteering josey was the manager she was always kind to everyone. I recently went to the shop and the new manager was so rude to me, i think customers deserve to be treated nicely. And customers dont like when the manager speak rude words so please i request managers needs to use kind words to all customers

    I went here today to get some jars with lids for my preserving. They had plenty out the back which were so clean. The staff were very friendly and gave me some good advice about preserving as it is my first time. Great friendly store. Thanks so much

    Volunteers are nice, it's kept clean & tidy, with it going to a good cause: the prices are too expensive for an op shop in this area, especially when they have a $2 store 40 meters away that have brand-new items of similar quality.
