   After being quoted more than $1200 for an ignition to be looked at I went to Euroline, they got back to me promptly and were very helpful, they explained what I needed to do with the remote and $200 later with an ignition and key to replace the old one the problem was fixed by my son who being a new dad starting a new job didnt have $1200 hanging around so I really appreciated the honesty and help from the team. I would definitely recommend to others.

   We purchased an engine from your company, but it came with a few problems. When we contacted you, you arranged towing and replaced the parts that you had already supplied. However, you also charged us for the parts, which is clearly a rip-off in broad daylight! If you were a decent businessman, you would bear the expense yourself. Additionally, we noticed brake problems after your team worked on our car, which you didn’t acknowledge at all! Please don’t be greedy for money too much!!

   Pretty good these people as they do try hard to get the bits even if it's a pathetically small part. Phone answered every time I've rung unlike other wreckers. Amusingly the owner has a plate called grump but he's not once you get past the initial demeanour. I wouldn't put him in the top 10 customer service winners though.
