I was seen at very short notice after I developed pain in one ear. It turned out to be very compacted ear wax which Clare-Ellen expertly removed while also taking care to explain what happened and what was going on. It was my first experience getting my ears professionally suctioned after normal treatments failed to clear the blockage. The nurse was friendly, knowledgeable and the process was straight forward. I’m thankful and relieved that the procedure was simple, safe and quick, and I think my hearing has been restored beyond the levels I was used to before the blockages.
My daughter had an excellent experience having her ears pierced at this clinic. The nurse was patient and kind with her when she was a bit scared. She has had no after care problems with her piercing. Would definitely recommend. Thank you.
Update: Professional and polite response to my negative review -- kudos for that. Appointment for a child, preventative care. Business owner/nurse was unfortunately not friendly and not informative, resulting in an experience that was not pleasant. Minimalist office setup, patients sit in a wheeled chair with wobbly headrest and told to hold still. Nurse refused to attempt cleaning on one ear stating microsuction would not work and unable to use curette -- disclosure, we had not used oil prior, our bad. Good to be cautious but $65 for one ear (1 minute of work) and $45 for other in mandatory followup (likely another 1-2 minutes) seems a bit unreasonable. That aside, we didn't learn anything or feel knowledge of services offered were helpful, positive or informative. Pity.
