   I had a lovely experience here. Naomi, the ear nurse was so friendly and welcoming. She carefully explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable. Although, my ears are pretty badly blocked and I’ll need a follow up appt, she was really helpful in giving me advice and explaining the next steps.

   Both ears had not been cleared of wax for at least 4 years, making hearing difficult in social situations. The Ear Clinic in Remuera was very simple to contact via their app and I made an appointment. The procedure went very smoothly. Naomi, the technician was very friendly, answered any questions and ensured the whole thing went well.    Extremely good service at the Ear Clinic. The ear nurse was lovely and very friendly and she really did a very thorough job indeed. She made sure that she cleaned my ears beautifully and went back to the ear she had finished to make sure she removed absolutely everything. I was very satisfied with the service and I will definitely be going back again.
