   Have been taking my cars to Stefan and the team for over 10 years now. Competitive pricing on servicing and knowledgeable on a wide range of vehicles. Occasionally I have had to take my cars to the manufacturer for some of the more trickier issues but other than that this shop is my go-to for all things mechanical. If Stefan and the team can put up with me for 10+ years that should tell you that their customer service is at a high standard at the very least as I (unashamedly) am very particular when it comes to my cars and have no problems highlighting when mistakes are made.

   I trust little to none when it comes to my little car especially to get it serviced or repaired however, I thought i’d try this place as it’s closer to my home now. This automotive workshop was fast, efficient, affordable and very responsive! The customer service was great from booking on the phone to the workshop in person. Very honest and informative team, gave me no problems or anything to question at all. Highly recommend!

   I took my car in to be diagnosed. Obviously i knew the problem just needed a price. Mark was very helpful very polite and informative. I am however very disappointed not because they had my car for over a week considering I paid close to 3k obviously they had issues with sick Mechanics which can't be helped I understood. However when I got my car back it was fine but when I took it put for the weekend the motor was extremely hot, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my air conditioning system but when I went to turn it on it had problems with the AC then I put it on cold and high and it doesn't seem to be working properly. Also my sound system was alot louder than what it is now. All I wanted was for my car to be fixed. 15 plus hours to pull the engine out replace the oil sump rocket covers then put the engine back together again then a wheel alignment. But to get my car back in that condition I'm highly disappointed. I expected to get my car back in the same condition I gave it to you. I will be contacting you to fix my AC to how it originally was along with my sound system. That's the only complaint i have as for the customer service that was great. But your performance on fixing my car I'm not happy about at all. I want this problem rectified and at your expense not mine.

   If I could give these guys 0 stars, I would. We took our car to these guys 10 months ago and they took FOUR WEEKS to diagnose and supposedly replace 8 spark plugs. Last week our car had the same issue and our new mechanic seems to think that the job was never done at all, and now our car needs 8 new coils and 8 new spark plugs due to Steffan and his team's negligence. I called Auto Super slow Shoppe on Tuesday, Thursday and again on Friday and am still waiting for a fair resolution. No contact has been made by Steffan as he continues to side step his responsibilities. Most mechanics offer 1 year warranty on new parts, and should under law. Avoid Auto Super shady Shoppe Mt Wellington if you care about your vehicle, your time and your money.

It can be difficult choosing a mechanic and not knowing who to trust but I have used these guys twice now. They've provided me with both good value and a good service. Give them a go!

   I have been using Auto SuperShoppe for nearly a decade now. Erin and Stefan are always polite, friendly and honest. Will tell me if something needs to be replaced, or wait until the next service. They are highly experienced in many models and makes of car. Still have 4 cars in the family regularly going there - just my wife and mine are now electric. Surprisingly there is still work to be done with an EV - just not as often - like changing brake fluid and diff oil, rotating tyres etc. Highly recommend all of the team at AutoSuperShoppe Mt Wellington.
