   Booked flowers for my wedding before the pandemic, paid $500 deposit. Agreed with vendor to put my order on hold until after the pandemic. When I went to re-book my flowers, my emails were not responded to. Phone calls I was told would be returned when the right staff member came in, I never received any return calls. Sadly very unethical behaviour from this vendor. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

   Flower bouquets for my bridesmaids were absolutely perfect. Perfect size, perfectly put together and looked beautiful. My only note, is that my bridal bouquet came in A LOT bigger than I expected. Ended up having my mum open it up and talk out half of what was in there as it was way to big for me to hold. Other than that, I was really happy with what I recieved.

   On Saturday you delivered some flowers to me and I want to say what a beautiful arrangement it was and is. It is now day 7 and it still looks so lovely and fresh .... I don't think I have had roses last so long, and of course the orchid will keep giving me pleasure for a long time yet. A very thoughtful arrangement and such wonderful fresh flowers.    We got married in October 2019 and chose Waiheke Flower Gallery for our wedding flowers and arrangements. Virginia was a absolute dream to deal with, she listened to everything that I was wanting, and even made some suggestions I wouldn't have thought of but worked incredibly. Her attention to detail was second to none. I still get so many comments on how beautiful my bouquet was, as well as the beautiful arrangements throughout. I cannot recommend Virginia or her team highly enough. Thank you for helping make my day truly spectacular!
