Jade was awesome. I told her my ambitious plan to walk 900+ km and she worked with me to strengthen and stretch my body to maximize success. I have always found the physios at Active+ Ellerslie to provide high quality care.
I cannot recommend Jade highly enough! I first saw her after tearing my quad, and later for a hamstring injury. Both times she was brilliant at quickly identifying the root of the problem and guiding me back to full fitness. Her approach is knowledgeable, supportive, and really effective. Thanks to Jade, I’ve been able to return to sport feeling confident and strong. A fantastic physio!
Fantastic service throughout! Jade was a blessing for my back and shoulders as it tensed up at work. She was patient with my injury, helped understand the problem and provided solutions through each class. Pam at Reception was an absolute delight to liaise with as well. Highly recommend.
Amazing Physio, Dan’s experience and guidance to train me back to full mobility and strength while avoiding surgery after my ruptured ACL, MCL and meniscus issues has been epic! Managed to complete an ultra marathon 10 months after the injury. Would recommend to anyone! Thanks
This is my second time at Active Physio in Ellerslie, Auckland—first visit was due to a fall, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Both times, I’ve worked with Daniel, and what I love about his approach is the progressive treatments. Within just 3-4 visits, the issues I faced were resolved. What’s even better is the ongoing strengthening exercises provided, which are app-driven with helpful videos to ensure you’re doing them correctly. You log each exercise to track your consistency, which really helps stay on top of recovery. If you’re dealing with any injuries, I highly recommend Active Physio for a constructive, effective recovery!
