    The doctor at this clinic is excellent—knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares for patients. Unfortunately, the experience is completely ruined by one of the receptionists (23.09.2025). She is extremely rude. Her attitude is arrogant and unwelcoming, almost like she’s running some sort of underworld operation instead of a reception desk. It’s a shame because the doctor deserves better staff. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it creates a very negative first impression for an otherwise good clinic.

    Super rude receptionist. Came in around 11:40 am and was told to come back at 2 and to come ealy next time. Their sign says lunch break 1-2. Did not even ask what I came there for. Do not recommend this

    I visited as a casual patient and had a great experience. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Mallappa was exceptionally thorough—he took the time to ask detailed questions and never made me feel rushed, even though it was near closing time. I truly appreciated the care and attention, and would highly recommend this medical center to others.

    Had my first visit to Wecare health centre because my usual Doctors is closed over the Christmas period. The practicing nurse was absolutely lovely she was very thorough and extremely caring. I then proceeded to see Doctor Santosh whom was also very thorough asking questions about family health history etc. found him to be a Doctor who actually listens to the patient attentively without rushing them out the door. Was that impressed with their service I have now enrolled with this practice as I have been looking for a new Doctor for a while. Also have to make a special mention to the Receptionist who was also very competent and efficient and made you feel welcomed.

    Wecare Family Health Centre is a great place, specially if you would like to skip long waiting hours. They have got two lovely Indian doctors who treat every patient with utmost care for a great reasonable price. Specially for ACC it’s FREE!! Loved my every visit there.

    Wecare Family Health Centre is incredible. Not only they take great care of my health, but also the doctors are great to speak with at every appointment I have visited. It’s rare to find a team of Indian doctors (Dr. Raj & Dr. Santosh) that combines such personal touches and care for a patient. Good team with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend them! Let that be ACC which is free (or) regular with Just $10 for consultation where you don’t have to wait for long hours. In my every visit, I had seen the doctors within 10 minutes.
