   Tony and his team were AWESOME. They were knowledgeable, efficient, kind and approachable. I had the hot water cylinder leak from the upstairs storey to the downstairs. They dealt with it promptly and professionally. A week later I had the upstairs bath leak downstairs. Their service was exceptional. As you can imagine I was very stressed.    Great service. I had a plumbing emergency, and the response was swift, friendly and very professional (in stark contrast to some other plumbers I had tried to contact, with most not even bothering to return my calls). Tim fixed the problem immediately (and it was in a difficult-to-access under-house location), and ensured that everything was fully operational before departing. The cost was also extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend this company, and will certainly use them again if needed.

Sandy, on reception, realized our need was urgent & sent Paul who worked fast & efficiently to find & repair the leak.    This is my first time using Bays Plumbing - no need to go anywhere else from now on! They are totally reliable, arrive on time and if running late their office will call you. The plumbers are great to have on site - skilled, polite, and they offer useful advice. No job too big or small. They clean up afterwards as well. Office staff are efficient too. I highly recommend Bays Plumbing.
