Have encountered old dated and damaged beer boxes at least 4 times now. If it was a one off thing I wouldn't mind, but it's the pattern of old damaged stock that is disappointing. Won't be returning. Never had these issues at any other bottle shop.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE. we bought a whole lot of liquor from this store when we were told they had a sale or return. When we tried to return it a week later, they would not take it despite it being in perfect condition as requested. The owner said it is their policy to only accept a certain amount, however this was not stipulated during the sale. It was not written anywhere. The owner Harpreet did not apologise and she did not seem concern that her staff is untrained. See you in court.

On Saturday (22.02.20) my wife ask a staff member for a good bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and recommended a $35 bottle of Mam O War with gravestone on the front label only it did not say it was a Sauvignon and said “IT WAS A BIG SELLER” and thanked him for his selection. So she got home and I had our dinner ready (Thai) ready to get down and eat and she open the bottle pour a glass and realised it was a Sauvignon / Semillion a mixed blend. Cause it did not state it on the front label only taking the staff member recommendation and it was open we knew we would not get a refund. The point here is that the guy knew nothing about wines plus the wine was in the Sauvignon section in the fridge and decided to go for the more expensive one. When you are paying for something at that price you look forward to a good wine. On Monday today I talk to the owner to descuss the issue but was not interested very sad!!!
