   Seaside Freedom Is an amazing tranquil healing centre. Rebekah is simply THE BEST. She is not only very professional but also extremely caring and supportive. She always transmits a sense of calmness and has a smile on her face when I arrive at the centre. After only a few sessions, I was able to start changing behaviour patterns that were holding me back for decades. I’m so grateful to have Rebekah guiding my healing journey.

   I was depressed and down in a hole that I couldn’t pull myself out of, I searched from Practitioner to practitioner, I found Rebekah , that day my life started to change, I wasn’t aware that I was changing, she helped me develop in the person I am, from crying helpless individual, now I have become a woman of strength. With her continuous encouragement, love and support each time I stumbled, I have become a better version of myself. I am now more loving and kind to people, I am no longer withdrawn and scared of living life. Just like how the going to the gym build muscle and tone, going to seaside freedom will help your cognitive development.    i have had three amazing sessions with Rebekah, she is the most beautiful soul and so comforting. my results from psych k have been instant shifts and the results have lasted. One session was enough to completly rid me of my needle phobia for a dental proceedure i needed. I truely cant recomend her enough.
