John took our request to fix the damaged car glass professionally and organized to fix the car the very same day on a weekend. This could have caused us great stress to leave the car outside with a broken window exposed to car theft. The young and energetic mechanic Miro, who did the onsite fixing was a very cheerful person who was more than happy to listen to the customer.
