One of the best in class customer service specially from the upstairs office staff. May be NZ post and other people needs to have training from DX mail office staff
Why does DX Mail disregard public safety? There were to visitors parking spaces available at the company the car driver delivered packages to. Incident at 3:55pm 17th July 2025.
Immigration picks up the documents 7am Mon to Friday. Reception is situated ok the 1st floor and the folks are helpful. DX Mail has a package option which has track and trace service for 8$. My experience was quite smooth and swift.
These clowns could find their arse! Parcel delivered to the wrong street, and wrong number. When I phoned no one wants to fix the problem. Suggest you use the blind institute to send your mail, they may well give better service.
Very helpful staff, i went upstairs at reception to drop passport today for Immigration purpose. They have courier bags available if you need it. There is also a drop box for Dx Mail Immigration purposes at front of gate.
Why can't they put letters IN the letter box not at the bottom where the milk bottle use to go, that is also open to the rain.

Being a courier service there should be some after hours phone number operating 24/7 for emergencies etc. These guys are the official courier service for deliveries to Immigration New Zealand I think. Staff members at the Penrose office are friendly and helpful.
The old guy that delivers around the otahuhu area always waves hello or always smiling. Love it! He even puts the A4 size mail at the front door because it wont fit in the mailbox. Awesome service.
Shonky service,urgent OVERNIGHT service to deliver important papers from Lawyers in Warkworth to Albany.Left to pick up THURS 2/july received TUES.7/july.These were needed to go to Court,ended driving up to W'Worth Sunday to get another hard copy.Shame on DXmail for not delivering as Overnight Direct.If I had the option I would have given them NO STARS.
