I needed a parcel urgently so paid for overnight freight. After two days and three phone calls I was promised delivery for the next day. While staff on the phone were very polite, I never received any promised return phone calls. I would not recommend if you require a parcel urgently.
Had an awful and ridiculous experience. No one informed me about the delivery date at all before hand - how are you going to deliver when no one is home? When i called and asked if can delay the delivery, the response was dismissive and rude, saying no they are not a storage and demanded an alternative delivery address. When i explained the house is not available until next week, the response was rude and dismissively demanded an alternative addres. Leaving customer no choice but to return it to factory. The item wouldn't be delivered on the day anyway if i didn't proactively call to propose a solution. This whole customer service is AWFUL. Not considerate AT ALL and ridiculously rude and no mind set of problem solving. I guess it explains when i see overall 2.9 stars google review.
Thank you Amitesh for dropping my bed frame off! The place I purchased my bed frame from said I would have to picked up from the Whangarei depot because of the size, Amitesh called and asked how far away I live from Whangarei and dropped it to me! Definitely recommend and will be using kiwi express from now on.
Had an oversized parcel going from Auckland to Whakatane spoke to quite a few courier companies and they all declined my parcel stating it was to big. I approached Kiwi Express Penrose branch where staff directed me to Fiona Ropati. Fiona assisted me with my oversized parcel. Her customer skills are flawless she turned a stressful situation into a doable experience. The parcel arrived in Whakatane at 9:30 am the following morning. Fiona also rang and sent a follow up email confirming the delivery today. What a wonderful experience I had with Kiwi Express and thank you Fiona for your expert advice.
I can’t believe a so called “Carbon Zero” courier company has such polluting trucks! I just went and had a go at the driver of a truck sitting outside our office that was stinking the street out with his blue smoke choking everyone in the vicinity. The driver reckoned it was a new truck with a diesel particulate filter but I pointed out that it’s not supposed to be like that - he didn’t seem to care.
Rudest courier I have ever dealt with. Somebody had booked him to come and collect something and I could not believe how rude and disgruntled he was. Will not be using this courier company and do not recommend.
The courier didn’t bother to find our unit, didn’t even left a note in our letter box, NOTHING. When I rang up to find out what was going on, I got a gentleman on the phone, who was really nice and helpful. He was amazing. Really appreciated his kindness and help.

He completely blocked our driveway so we couldn't get in or out and my visitor had to wait to get into my driveway When I tried to talk to the driver (van said his name was Ruben), he got into his van and drove away while I was trying to talk to him. Terrible attitude for a company as far as I am concerned.
