   I’ve had such a great experience with Mt Wellington Family Doctors! Ever since I changed my GP to them, everything has been so much easier. For my son, I can usually book an appointment the next day — no need to wait weeks, which is such a relief. I recently saw Dr. Martin, and he was incredibly caring, really listened to what I had to say, and genuinely helped me out. The nurses are also wonderful — my baby had all his immunisations there, and every time the staff were so kind and gentle. I’m really grateful to have found such a good clinic close by.

   I just want to give a huge shout out to Renee - one of the most amazing nurses I have ever come across in the 29 years of going to Mt Wellington Family Health Centre. Her empathy, knowledge and her sparkle of life ensures that every visit or phone call is just amazing. Nurses like her need to be treasured, they have such a hard job but so grateful for what she brings to my family and I can tell the clinic. A Shining Star - look after her she deserves it.

   Dr. Callum Hammond is brilliant and polite! In one visit, he found and corrected a major oversight none of the other practitioners addressed for years. He's a warm hearted. Receptionist Angie Marshall makes every visit a joy with her constant smile & kind attitude. She's always passionate to assist no matter how work pushers on her. I highly recommend Dr. Hammond, and find Angie that she'll assistant you and make your day with a genuine smile, both of them are shining stars!

   All these doctors are amazing, my husband prefers Dr Martin as he’s so lovely, I prefer Dr Chang as his knowledge on eczema is fantastic and I recently had Dr Hammond and he was awesome too. The hardest part about every visit is picking which doctor to have an appointment with as they all are very knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy and make next steps/instructions very clear. The follow up from this doctors office is great too! They call or message in the patient portal very frequently and even followed up with me after a late night call to healthline. They also call Neills pharmacy directly with questions of medication in stock etc to help me get what I need fast. They really are looking after us when we need it the most!

   Dr Chang always the best, and thanks nurse Tara she is very nice and she took very well responsible. Even though I moved to the other place to live I still want to keep my GP in here. Easy and quick to book appointment and friendly staffs.

   Been enrolled at this clinic for a while now. A bit disappointing today though. Turned up before 2pm to ensure we met the 2:15pm appointment, but not seen until 2:30pm when the room was literally empty....Then without warning at all as the doc finished writing up prescriptions, I wanted to follow up with a couple of things but was told there's no more time left so we were ushered quickly out the door?? Not super great in my opinion. I only usually visit the clinic if I have multiple things I want to address. Went there with my mum as we both had same symptoms so maybe she also took a minute or two but bottom line is - I didn't feel like our time was respected and quite frankly, a waste of money for not even a full proper consultation. Doctor was nice but not so much in the end.

   I've been with this practice for 12 years, in the last year or so the service is not been the best, I don't receive txt msg with laboratory results, they don't follow up any medical procedures, always running late, not wanted a face to face appointments. Not sure what happen recently but I'm very disappointed.

   I have been with this practice since 2011. Left for a couple months due to not being able to easily get appointments and some negative experiences but returned after realizing this happens at other practices too. I guess you just have to find the "good" doctors at each practice, that suits you and your family! I must say since I've returned the care/service has improved some what. I tend to stick to Dr Susharma George for myself and for my children Dr Chang. Although recently, I needed a last minute appointment for my son and only Dr Jim was available but he was good. Recommend good meds and testing, also gave good advice.
