Ian an the team are fabalous,iv been with them for over 10 years.they have never been rude,grumpy or anything else, except always going the extra mile to help me an other customers.mayb yous people that have given a negative review need to look at urselves attitude.
I had Ian and his team work on my car yesterday and they did an amazing job. I am not sure where people are getting the idea from that they are rude as I received nothing but great customer service from Ian. He went the extra mile to diagnose issues that I was unaware of and showed me where the damage is so I know that his concerns were real and genuine. I highly recommend Alert Automotive if you want your car fixed at a high standard, and have recommended you to family.
We have dealt with Alert and Ian for over 15 years. We have always found there prices to be good. Any parts that need to be replaced, Ian will phone to discuss with you. All work is done within the time frame that is discussed with Ian. We highly recommend these guys to anyone that is looking to get a good job done and a good price. If you've got a car and you need it sorted - bring it to Ian and the team. These guys are awesome, so helpful and give great advice regarding your car. Their charges are reasonable and fair and they are upfront and honest about any additional repairs or parts that you may need while your car is in their care. They also have a car valet service and can really get your upholstery and carpets clean. Highly recommended - suggest you book in advance as they are seriously busy due to their excellent reputation. That's how I found them in the first place, on recommendation.
