   STAY AWAY! We were there almost 3 months and thats 3 months too long. In that time they sent orders late with no apparent reason for the delay. They sent duplicate orders and we only knew because our customers would contact us so they could return the items. It makes me wonder how many others received duplicates we never found out about. This would explain why their smstock take never matched our inventory list. Absolutely shocking service. In email communication regarding a duplicate order, I had to resend screenshots proving their own incompetance where they had advised me a product was out of stock for an order they had one, already sent at the time of the email then two, sent a duplicate 3 days after telling me there was no stock. I only found out about it because the customer made contact advising shes received thr same order twice. By this point I was no longer surprised by their lack of any descent service. I could go on and on about the problems we faced with them while trying to be patient and allow them to improve their service but it got to a point we knew they didnt care about having a good business relatonship with our company. I DO NOT recommend using them EVER.

   Do not use their 3pl service. They are not very good at 3pl, made me lose around 300k in sales during my peak season. I would avoid this company. Use another 3pl provider because they will not deliver on time, waste your time, lose your product, find it again and then make you refund customers. Oh and the bonus is your customers receive double the product because they ship orders twice. Luckily our customers let us know. We'll a few did. Who knows how many they sent out.

   My suggestion for people who want use their services: STAY AWAY, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! They charge me more than want they quote, they also want me to pay more money for delivery, their delivery services was the worst I used so far, the truck they use is lack of services leaked oil all over my drive way, I told this to their manager Brown, but he just didnt care even a simple apology. Many product was damaged during their rough loading. These company doesnt know customer services at all and be careful with their invoices.
