Wouldn't recommend, spent $5k at this place and these guys left me with a tune that misfires at 6400rpm on my GTI, I've had to get it re-tuned elsewhere. I'm getting no response now from them, just left me in the dark. First said my car wasn't making expected power because turbo actuator was weak and not holding boost at all. They took a whole month to replace the actuator and still made the same power afterwards. I had to msg and call so many times to find out where my car even was, staff didn't know about my car and just said it was parked in the alley in pieces. The misfires were hidden behind auto upshift in manual mode even though I asked multiple times to remove it. Once it was finally removed I discovered the misfires, not to mention I've still not received the springs or parts for the turbo smart actuator that was put in.
Top-tier customer service and quality workmanship. Charlie and his team have been fantastic in helping me take care of my vehicles. I always feel safe leaving my cars with them and am greeted by the most welcoming staff every time I visit. Overall, an exceptional experience.

I recently purchased a Mercedes AMG GT S and had some issues with it, including a factory recall on a part. I had EuroSurgeon look into this on a recommendation of the previous owner of the car and Charlie and the team have been amazing to deal with. He organised the recall and resolved the issue with the car. Charlie does not stop until he finds what's wrong and you can also really tell that he loves (race)cars and is extremely knowledgeable. He walks the talk and I will definitely keep my car being looked after by EuroSurgeon going forward.
