   I went to Sylvia Park today intending to buy a pyjama set. As I couldn’t find a style I truly liked, I decided to go for the Christmas limited edition instead. At checkout, I politely asked if it was possible to get an unopened piece from the storeroom, as I prefer not to purchase items that have already been tried on. A staff member who appeared to be the supervisor immediately told me that nothing could be taken from the storeroom and that everything available was already on the shop floor. Interestingly, both before and after this interaction, I clearly saw other staff repeatedly bringing out unopened items of other styles from the storeroom. While they were not the specific style I wanted, this directly contradicted what I was told. What was most disappointing was not the stock availability, but the attitude. The supervisor made no effort to understand the customer’s needs, offered no alternatives, and provided no solution at all. Another cashier also appeared unfamiliar with basic store procedures. Customers simply want to purchase the items they like — yet this experience at the Sylvia Park store felt very much like “store authority over customer care.” To be fair, there were also very kind staff members who genuinely tried to help me locate the style I wanted, and even suggested checking the Newmarket store when stock was unavailable. Unfortunately, that level of service was not consistent across the team.

   i went into peter alexander today hoping to find a cute summer pj set and when i asked for assistance the girl that was helping me was so passive aggressive, she was so rude and she was turning bright red i always have the best experiences in peter alexander so this was extremely shocking and i don’t think ill be coming here again. she had blonde hair was kind of short and had big blue eyes. i hope you guys can further some discipline with this employee, its just kind of sad how miserable she is.

   went to pick up Rabbit slippers for my northland girlfriend's granddaughter as my girlfriend couldn't purchase on website and the shop didn't courier. however staff were extremely helpful

   Excellent customer service! I found a pair of slippers online and rang them up to see if they had them in store, she got them sent from somewhere and within half an hr I went in to pick them up! Amazing. Instore I was asked if I needed help and I said I was picking up and she processed me straight away, I was in and out within 10 mins. Very impressed.
