Decent variety and stock of products, nice interior with multiple changing rooms available. Although the customer service of the tall male worker wearing glasses could be better, the lady was nice though!
Staff was not welcoming. The size of the store is the size of my bedroom and they still didnt bother saying hi !!!!!

The awesome person working today was so helpful and made the experience so easy. They gave us their full attention even though they didn’t have what I wanted she called and found the items in another store. A+!!! Would highly recommend
My husband got a couple of shirts and pants from them online. And we went to this store today just to get the size changed for one of his pants since it was a bit tight for him. The team member who served us was extremely cold and rude!! No sense of customer service at all! We understand if you can’t refund something but just getting the size changed shouldn’t be that much of a problem?? We love supporting local brands who grew in NZ but if we’re getting pathetic customer service and no cooperation in return, who would like to shop again? Definitely not recommending this brand to my whanau!
