   Received an amazing service on Sunday gone by, It was extremely busy in store but they did not fail to greet my daughters and I as we walked in. A special thanks to Ash she did a fantastic job bringing in so many recommendation’s. Love how genuine and honest she is definitely not pushy at all. Nothing but a great energy & lovely aura to be around which made our experience fantastic overall. Highly recommend getting someone as honest & easy going as her to help you in the fits!    My daughter and I were served by a wonderful assistant at thr Sylvia Park store this afternoon called Emma. Not only was she very helpful and not at all pushy but she remembered something she was going to help us with after we left the store and emailed the information though later. Emma went above and beyond and made out shopping experience a great one!!

   brought a dress as part of a bridesmaid collection. Item did not fit the girl it was for so asked if i could exchange. When went to return, was told i could NOT exchange or refund an item on sale. Sad considering ive brought many items from here. Wont be shopping here any longer

   It's a beautiful store with very helpful staff. However, the experience we had with the manager of the Sylvia Park store 3 days after we bought the dress was unprofessional. She was a poor communicator with no grasp of her role as a manager. We will not go to this store again. communicator
