   I visited the Cotton On at sylvia park a couple of days ago and had such a lovely experience thanks to Aimee. I couldn't find any shorts in my size so I asked her if she would have a look for me and she truly went above and beyond to help me out, she went as far as moving what looked to be quite bulky/heavy shop cabinetry to help me out. I find cotton on quite a stressful place to shop in but Aimee's warm and calm energy genuinely shifted my experience into something positive. As someone who has worked in customer facing jobs I know that it can sometimes be hard to stay personable but professional at the same time. Aimee really deserves some recognition for lightness and fun that she brings to cotton on! Life saver for someone who otherwise would have had a hard time. Thank you Aimee for ur attentive kindness :))

   Have had nothing but great service from the staff on my last two visits to this branch. On my first visit, I was helped by Shavani — she was so sweet and incredibly helpful. The second time, I came in for an exchange and was looked after by the store manager, Travor. He made the whole process so easy and even arranged free shipping to my home. Fantastic service all around!

   Service very attentive but they couldn't find my online order so I had to try for a refund online. It is a massive store and seemed very busy! Prices are great.
