    Hello, I went into this branch over 2 months ago and tried some clothes on. The staff member got a pen and wrote how many items I had on my door which I would not have minded until she did not do that with the other customers there? I do not dress the most fanciest however, why treat me differently from the other customers like that? I was polite and civilised too, so...? Also I must mention that I did not notice this until my mum called them out on it. Please do better.

    I usually have great experiences in glassons but today two girls at the counter were very rude when all I was asking to do was an exchange as had brought something in the wrong size a week ago. They explained that I couldn’t exchange a bodysuit which I understand for hygienic reasons but I said that I hadn’t worn it tags were still on and I had the receipt. I was also never told that I couldn’t exchange a bodysuit when I brought it. The girls today were very rude when serving me and instead of helping me with a solution said no bye and then walked away.

    I just wanted to leave a quick review to shout out one of the girls working in store, her name was Jessica, and I first met her at the Botany Glassons store a little while ago. She helped me pick out an outfit and was honestly so lovely and helpful. She had the best energy, made me feel confident, and was super genuine. Not pushy like some retail staff can be. Then just recently, I walked into the Sylvia Park store and saw her there again! I couldn’t believe she remembered me. She came up and said hi straight away and even remembered what I bought last time. Like… that kind of customer service is so rare! Jessica is honestly such a gem. She’s stylish, friendly, and really knows how to make people feel good. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I really hope she gets recognised for how amazing she is.     I usually have great experiences here, but today was disappointing. The staff member at the fitting room seemed visibly unhappy, which I understand we all have tough days. When I handed back an item that didn’t fit, she snatched it from me in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. I don’t expect smiles or small talk, but basic courtesy goes a long way. I’m not sure what she’s going through, but I genuinely hope she comes through it.

    I would prefer to give zero stars but can't. Came in with my daughter on 23 April 2025 approx midday. There was LOTS of staff on, shop was fairly busy but not what I would call "run ragged". My daughter got in line to try her garments on. 3 staff were operating the area, the girl asked my daughter her name, wrote on stall, that was fine. The queue for trying on was getting longer, but the 3 girls at time felt personal chats was more important than keeping an eye the queue. Another staff member noticed, grabbed 1 of the girls attention so they were aware to do their job. Paid for my top at 12 49pm per docket. I was served by the middle teller. No hello, no smile just going through the motions. Once paid I told her she was "a happy wee person, NOT" I told her it would be nice if she greeted customers with a smile and a hello. She just looked at girl on her left rolled her eyes, then smirked, and told me "Shop was too busy to smile and be happy". Girl you do not know what busy is, and I told her it costs nothing to smile or be polite. All 3 cashiers looked miserable as hell, deadpan, and unwelcoming. Glassons Sylvia Park need to learn "Customer service" as they ALWAYS look miserable, angry, and just plain rude. I for one won't be back to this store, and a couple of other customers approached me outside and thought it was just them the girls where rude to, and they didn't want to say anything, but you can't fix what you don't know is broken, right? Managers need to sort this out as im sure there are plenty of young friendly ladies out there who would love to work for you, but then again maybe the manager is just as grumpy and rude as the staff are as EVERYONE of the staff looked miserable and pissed off. FYI, there was at least 9 staff on from memory so really no excuse. Another thing not sure if your loyalty program still runs but if it does the cashiers never asked the 6 customers in front of us if they were, so we all got till receipts instead of it being emailed to us. It appears by most of the reviews for this branch my experience is the normal and clearly if you want to work for this company you need to be angry, rude, abusive, arrogant, sarcastic and obnoxious, great traits for a retail shop NOT.

    When i went to ask a lady if they had any black skirts she looked me up and down and said what skirts . I thought this was totally unprofessional do better

    My experience here was good, staff here have better service than the glassons at st Luke’s. Staff were welcoming.

    After spending $300+ in other stores I was requested by staff at Glassons to leave my shopping bags outside of the changing room in a public space. After being told they would be ‘looked after’ I came out to the bags sitting alone outside. If the bags had been quite easily picked up by someone, would glassons reimburse me? It is unreasonable to request someone to leave their belongings out of their sight.

    The staff here are so freaking nice!!!!! Usually other glassons stores are quite unwelcoming, but the girls here are so lovely! Appreciate their help, and honestly their vibes just made me want to buy their clothing even more! Recommend this store 100%!
